PROPHACKJAPAN Beta 2.0

PROPHACKJAPAN has been updated to Beta 2.0, with a new Home page, property themes, saved searches and a reorganized Tips & FAQ.

The main changes are as follows.

A new Home
After logging in, you now arrive at a new Home page that brings together release notes, new listings, Tips & FAQ, tools and articles.

Browse by theme
Properties can now be browsed by theme, such as homes in Tokyo's 23 wards or yen-income properties under ¥30M. Each theme page explains the focus and lists the matching properties.

Saved searches
Search conditions can be saved as a named set, up to three sets, and reopened from the search page.

Recently viewed
Properties you have viewed in the last 90 days are listed under Recently viewed.

Tips & FAQ
Tips & FAQ is now split into separate pages for the buying process, key considerations and FAQ, with a search across all of them.
