1.2 自動的に収集される情報

- Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
- Delivering personalized property information and recommendations
- Conducting real estate brokerage activities
- Complying with applicable laws, including identity verification (KYC)
- Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized access, or other harmful activities
- Sending service-related notifications (not marketing, unless consent is given)

- PHJの運営・安全確保・改善
- 問い合わせ対応およびカスタマーサポートの提供
- 利用者に合わせた物件情報およびおすすめ情報の提供
- 不動産仲介業務の遂行
- 本人確認（KYC）を含む法令遵守
- 不正行為、不正アクセスその他有害な活動の検知および防止
- サービスに関する通知の送信（同意のない限りマーケティング目的には使用しません）
Article 3 — Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- When required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request
- When necessary to complete a real estate transaction you have initiated
- With third-party service providers (such as hosting, database, authentication, email delivery and analytics providers) that process data on our behalf, including outside Japan, subject to appropriate confidentiality agreements

JDIは利用者の個人情報を販売、交換、貸与いたしません。以下の場合に限り、情報を共有することがあります。
- 法令、規則、裁判所の命令または政府機関の要請により求められた場合
- 利用者が開始した不動産取引の遂行に必要な場合
- ホスティング・データベース・認証・メール配信・解析等の外部事業者に、日本国外を含めデータ処理を委託する場合（適切な秘密保持契約に基づきます）
- JDI、利用者または公衆の権利、安全または財産を保護するため

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

利用者の個人情報は、日本国内およびJDIまたはJDIの委託先が事業を行う他の国で処理・保管されることがあります。日本国外へ移転する場合、本ポリシーおよび適用法令に従って取り扱われるよう合理的な措置を講じます。
Article 7 — Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

個人情報は、収集目的の達成に必要な期間、または適用法令により求められる期間に限り保管します。個人情報が不要となった場合、安全に削除または匿名化いたします。

Article 9 — Children's Privacy
PHJ is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
第9条（未成年者のプライバシー）
PHJは18歳未満の方を対象としていません。JDIは未成年者の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。万一そのような情報を収集したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除の措置を講じます。
Article 10 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of PHJ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
